The Starmobile PLAY Plus sports a 5-inch FWVGA display, 1.2GHz Spreadtrum quad-core processor, 5MP rear camera, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 2,000mAh battery and an out-of-the-box Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
