For those who missed it, the Cherry Mobile Flare Dash is a pretty good phone for the price. It has a decent quad core 1.2 GHz of Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8212 processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 Inch capacitive display and expandable 4 GB of ROM.
