It seems like Starmobile just has another card on their sleeves. Starmobile just announced Starmobiule UP Snap a phone with a technology called Ultrapixel ala HTC! It could be one of those phones that can see better even at dark due to it's f2.0 8 MP Ultrapixel camera.

Overall, Starmobile UP Snap is a promising and very interesting phone. There are reports that it can take good photos even at bad lighting which may appeal most people. Hopefully this one will be priced at a very affordable rate and we can see one live to see if the #Hype is real.
