Massachusetts Institute of Technology spin-off FINsix revealed the "world's smallest"
65 Watt laptop adapter, and it even nominated for our Best Startup award. The company is launching this nifty device, now called the Dart, for as low as $79 per unit. Here's a quick reminder: the charger in particular is four times smaller and six times lighter than its regular counterparts, and it also comes with a 2.1 Ampere USB port. That enables technology here is a highly efficient VHF (very high frequency) in power conversion, as refined and patented by Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As expected, Dart is highly adaptable with most laptops we use today, and there's even a special version for Apple MacBooks that don't need more than 65 Watts of power.
