ZTE just announced an ultra affordable LTE phone for just around USD 99 or just a little over PHP 4.4K in the US for Boost Mobile. The said smartphone is at 4.5 inches, powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage and 5 / 2 MP rear and front cameras.
