For those who don't know and haven't tried this restaurant yet, Niu By Vikings is a highend buffet of the Vikings group located at the topmost floor of SM Aura Premier. Niu literally means "nine (9)" which coincidentally relates to the 9 buffet stations they have. Niu By Vikings is also the 9th restaurant installation of Vikings group in the Philippines!
If you worry that the Niu by Vikings will give you the regular Vikings experience, I can tell you that this one is different. From the more classy ambiance of the restaurant to the carefully handpicked dishes they serve, everything really feels premium!

The Reception Area
The theme for that day is Chinese New Year 2015 (although we were actually celebrating pre-valentine's day). The receptionist and servers were very approachable. Thumbs up for the good service!

Well if you will ask me to review each of the food I have tasted, I can only summarize it in two words - LAHAT MASARAP! I really enjoyed their steak - no wonder my foodie partner and I went back to the steak section twice and was even considering a round 3. For dessert lovers (like me), you will enjoy their wide selection of sweets - different flavors [and types] of cakes, ice cream, pastries, chocolate fountains, etc.
I recommend Niu By Vikings to families, group of friends or partners who would like to have a great dining experience - may it be in celebration of a special occasion or just a regular day when you just feel like eating good food.
