Our guesses is right! That 133g device is the Xiaomi Redmi 2 and it will be officially available in the Philippines soon for just PHP 5,999! It maybe several hundreds more expensive than what expected, but it is still very cheap considering the quality and specs this smartphone has.

If ever your missed it, Redmi 2 is the upgrade of the old Redmi 1s which got a lot of demand in the Philippines last year. It still has the same 4.7 inches display, now powered by the newer Snapdragon 410 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 2,200 mAh battery capacity and LTE connectivity.
