Is this a new Meizu M1 Note challenger? Yes it could be as their Antutu benchmark scores are quite identical. When it comes to specifications this phone carries a 5.5 inches HD display, 2 GB of RAM, an octa core MT6752 processor and 3200 mAh battery capacity. We still don't have details if this will have an LTE connectivity and what type of camera sensor did they use.
Overall, given those specifications the Mlais M52 is a very promising budget device that could perform on a very high level! Lastly, I hope that this phone would also be released internationally so that we can see it here in the Philippines.
