With the release of iOS 8, a fake advertisement called the "Wave" has been floating around the web. According to the ad, Wave is the latest and greatest addition to iOS 8 that allows your device to be charged wirelessly through Microwave frequencies. It even included an instruction on how the use the Wave. LOL.
I'm very sure that the destructive effects of microwaving a metal was taught during our elementary days but unbelievably, there are gullible fans who really fell for this trick. I know this is ridiculous! Let's blame this legit-looking advertisement :))
