Aside from the pleasure you get, did you know that a regular body massage can help you have a healthy blood pressure? It soothes your nerve tissues and heals muscles and back pain.
For me, having a full body massage every pay day is a great way to unwind. It makes me feel relaxed and revitalized. Check out the cheapest spa I love to visit around Manila.

This is my favorite spa!! The massage is awesome and very relaxing plus they have a nice bathroom interior with a small sauna. This is the first place that comes into my mind whenever I feel exhausted.

HEALTH SPA

Address: Valley Fair Town Center, Ortigas Ave Extn, Taytay, Rizal
Phone: (+632)  414-9988
Price: Php350, 1 hr, Swedish massage
Perks: hot towel & tea, calming music, shower rooms, locker rooms

This is my second favorite because I love the quality of their massage. They have a clean and welcoming place with nice people as well. The only thing I  don’t like there is the way they massage your head. It is not so pleasant to me at all. I’ve tried 3 different masseuses there but it seems the same. Not a big deal though. You can always demand how you want it done.

Level 2 K2 Building, 341 Katipunan Avenue (Loyola Heights) Quezon City, 1108
Price:  Php350, 1hr, Swedish Massage
Perks: Occasional promo & discounts

The place is a bit small and lacking some things like shower or locker rooms. I am a bit conscious when it comes to facilities but I set aside all those things as soon as the masseuse laid her hands on my weary body. I never thought that it would be that satisfying. I used to hear a lot of bad comments saying their kind of massage was extreme to the point that it hurts your muscles. Well, not for me! The way they massage is definitely different from other spa around - it is a traditional Thai massage which involves stretching of your whole body in different positions, which is good, because it encourages healthy blood circulation as long done by a well-trained masseuse.

Mont Albo Massage Hut is the cheapest from the rest. They offer the traditional hilot ranging from 350 to 100 php, while for normal services like Swedish or shiatsu has usual prices. They have this so called Bentusa, where the therapist will place a sanctioning cups on your back which is believed to remove energy blockages or colds. I’ve only experienced it provinces, I’m going to try it soon to see why it is popular in Mont Albo.

Ancient Greek goddesses names on the menu, sounds interesting! The place isn’t so grand but relaxing enough. The quality of massage is similar to others, which is not bad! They have this promo every weekday during working hours where 1 hour full body massage only costs 250 php instead of 350 which is nice.
